Problem An automotive vehicle and engine test facility were using duplex TCs with two separate mini connectors on each sensor. Connectors were often mismatched resulting in confusing test results and lengthy diagnostic activities to find and correct faults. Solution A mini duplex connector was created to eliminate the two separate connectors and ensure proper matting.  Results Our client has reduced the cost of their sensors and their client no longer has sensor and instruments mismatches. |
