Problem
A client called TCS and requested a significant number of assembled jack panels, in a rush. These assembled panels would be mount on stainless steel terminal boxes and shipped to the field as soon as possible.

Solution
Because the quantity of boxes was so great TCS suggested the client buy just the jack panels inserts (and mounting hardware) and have the boxes machined (to TCS drawings) so the jack panel inserts can be fitted directly onto the boxes.

 

Results
The boxes were ordered, machined and delivered to the client’s factory. The TCS jack panel inserts were quickly installed by our client’s staff, saving both time and money. Once delivered to site the end user called to compliment our client on their quick turn around and a very professional looking product.
