Miniature RTD Transmitter - Case Study 7 |
|
Finally a Miniature Isolated Programmable Connector Mounted Transmitter for High Accuracy and Affordable RTDs
Problem The food and pharmaceutical industries need high accuracy and high stability sensors. In the past all we could do was buy the best components available, make the PRTD probes as best we could, then do a "calibration check" to sort out the good from the bad and provide calibration reports to our clients that they would prefer not to have.
Solution TCS now offers a subminiature transmitter that is designed to eliminate PRTD probe errors. Imagine taking a PRTD that does not meet class B error tolerances and making it better than a Class A PRTD with an isolated linear 4-20 mA programmable output. To see the complete specs please go to www.TCS-NA.com/RTDTC.htm
Results NOW we make the probes with class B elements, do a true calibration and send every probe off with a certification. No reports, no scrap, and no expensive material. Plus: probes with accuracies that our clients have never seen before in industrial sensors. Our RTD manufacturing clients no longer have to:
1. Buy expensive Class A bulb………..lowering material cost 2. Deal with batch rejects ……………..eliminating waste 3. Limit their capabilities or market …..increasing income |
